i can rent one bedroom to you. the house is located at Dundonald st., 10 minutes can walk to UNBF，5 mins can get to Superstore, 10~15mins can reach the Downtown. You also will find the bus stop nearby. The bedroom is $200 monthly. The room is big, and share the light fee. quiet student only. Nonsmokers,no pets. Available between May and August. If you want to rent for longer (like 1 year), we also can talk about.
