新装了后yahoo messenger 和QQ都上不去...后来yahoo messenger恢复了可以上,可QQ还

是不能上.结果我换了一个号就又能上了,原来的那个号还是上不去..-_-.....

也不能下载东西了,网上同一个电影(主要室FTP的),我原来装XP HOME的时候就能下,现在2003下

不了,可我室友的XP HOME就能下..BT也一样,我的下不了,我室友的可以.

请问怎么设置可以解决这些问题??

在具体一点,信息太少了

比如我用bitcomet下东西,我的显示的是连接服务器错误..我另一台显示的是连接在多少多少秒内成功并开始下载...



(当然都是用下载软件下载东西,我想这个是2003sever版的,默认的安全设置可能会高点,所以有些设置阻止了下载进行,可我

不知道到底是那些设置,可能那些规则被允许了,就可以进行下载了.)
