Only have higher interest ---not really higher---only few cents, not good :confused: . When you ask for bank letter there, you have to pay $ to get letter :eek: , other bank does not need pay fee! The one big thing I do not like is the bank can touch your bank account without tell you first :frown: , they will call after but who needs call after! :mad:

what do you mean by touching your account without telling you first?
Can you explain a little bit more?

I think TD is the only bank does not charge fee for your bank account information statement. I may wrong. But someone else knows which banks do not charge????

HSBC有一点好，online Banking很方便叫帐单换钱什么的，自己在家就可以办好了。

all canada bank own online service ....HSBC charge client;s drfit , proof letter and money deposit fee.

About touch my account means that they will take money from your account first without to tell you. After they did that, they will call you say I already did transfer from your account to let you know. I felt not safe at all. I want to know before you do it. I knew for the bank, they have the power to do anything for theirseves. Too bad.

u can use other bank's service if u don't like hsbc, just like me, never sit aircanada again cause i hate it
