No, the plan will cost you more money than a telephone card. I used to be a client of WIN-TEL Communication. It sucks!

Everthing will change with the time. Why you give another try? I think this plan Call Canada & USA only $0.25 per call is good for those people who like chat here. I agree that use phone card to call is cheaper depends on what kind of card you have and where you call. Like China, use phone card is more cheaper, but the phone card loss money, maybe you never notice. When you talking by phone card, you might not talk same length everytime. I feel everything they have good side and bad side. Depends on your choice.

All right, let's look at this way. You are using their service, and they charge you for "TAXES...TAXES...TAXES...TAXES...TAXES". Will you be charged for TAXES when you buy a telephone card from the local Chinese shop???????????????? Besides, telephone cards have many kinds, people can buy the one for long distances call within Canada. In fact, the WIN-TEL plan is much more EXPENSIVE THAN A TELEPHONE CARD!!!!!! Think about it, you are wasting your money!!!!!!!!!

Of course I knew phone card is more cheaper than the Long distance service here. I checked is [B]$0.05 per min[/B]. Anyway, when you choose your service, should depends on where and how you call, right? I just want to share this information here. Some might interested, some might not.
