Two great places to [COLOR=Magenta]cross country ski[/COLOR] in Saint John are Rockwood Park and the Irving Nature Park. You can ski the roadway, which closes to vehicle traffic for the winter, at the Irving Nature Park

For skiing conditions at Rockwood Park, near uptown Saint John, telephone (506) 652-7529. There are groomed trails in the park. Ski rentals are available on weekends.

For [COLOR=Red]down-hill skiing [/COLOR] both Poley Mountain and Crabb Mountain are within a 90-minute drive from Saint John.

[COLOR=Red]Poley Mountain Resort Area[/COLOR] (many Canadian go to this place to ski, if you are a newer, better call to know more about the basic training and ski rentals).
