I had a very bad experince with Nationcal Car Rental -Rothesay Branch. I was charged for almost $500 excluding the rental($135, 3 days) and the money was taken out without my concern from my credit card. this is a totally ripped off. this is what they charged me : flat tire $163
, car damage ( $230, i am sure the car is still in its orginal condition, they havent show to me, and the car has been rented out , they didnt want to let me see it, most importantly, i didnt damage the car !) and admin fee for $57 ( here is the explantion for admin fee from them - paper processing and making calls to fix the tire, yeah right...sounds like lots of effort???). I requested to speak to the branch manager since Monday but he is never there. I contacted the Headquarter in the states they claimed there is not much thing they can do since it is a franchised company.. .whatever..
So what is the point i paid for the insurance if the insurance covered nothing?( 25$ x 3 days) and u know what they told me in fact, "Be a man, pay for it"..what the heck.. ??? . So to you freinds, be very cautious when you rent a car. Oh yeah, i am taking legal action against them, i will file a complain to small claims court tomorrow. They thought i am an stupid retarded chinesel....

Yeah, I will call the credit center to cancel the transactions and I will take them to the court. It is so discouraging and dissapointing to hear and in fact experincing myself. thank you

It was an expensive lesson, i have decided to buy a car and no more car renting. (seriously i hated them so much)
