I would arrive Saint John about in the seconday part of May and now try to find a home-stay in Saint John nearby UNB. I am looking forward to that somebody can kindly provide some information (wkbao@hotmail.com). The only preconditions iis that the landlord are kind and also willingful to chat/talk with me. Thank you very much in advance.
I read the red list and black list about home-stay. It is a good job ! It will be better if sb can share his/her experience/tips on how to treat with landlord.
