Anyone who having seen the movie The Beach who then thinks that they can come to Thailand and find a deserted tropical island with a plantation of pick your own marijuana is going to be disappointed. It doesn't exist and Thailand is not a ganja friendly country. The Thailand of the movie is someone's idea of what they think the Kingdom is like. The early scenes that were shoot in what was supposed to be Khao San Road were in fact shoot in Krabi's main street as it was easier to work there that the real locationation. The result was that it had a stronger Chinese feel than it would in Bangkok. I've been been offered many weird and wonderful drinking in Thailand but never Snakes Blood. Infact I don't know of anwhere that does sell it.

歌舞片中的音乐向来是这类影片中重要的因素，甚至有时候作用要超过演员。当年的原作的成功，可以说音乐是最重要的因素，如果我问你历史上销量最佳的前五名音乐原声都是什么，你可能一定会想到《Titannic》，但是《Dirtry Dancing》的成绩要排在《Titannic》之前，在历史上占到了第四位的成绩，在新作中的原声配乐，剧组也请来了很多大牌明星，内容涵盖了几乎涵盖了从拉丁情歌到说唱乐等各种音乐类型。应该值得一听，另外唱片公司最近不知道是巧合还是有意配合影片宣传，讲87年那部原作的原声大碟重新做数字处理，推出了珍藏版。

关于影片：

还记得在80年代造成轰动的那部《Dirty Dancing》吗？可能对于现在的观众来说这部当年和《周六狂欢》一起横扫影坛的青春热舞片稍微显得陌生，但是这部影片在当年造成的影响可是非常之大，由于这些表现当时年轻人心态和生活的影片的大量上映使得人们对于舞蹈的被激发，街头巷尾到处都是跳舞的小团体，他们不分类型，不分场地，只要你喜欢随时可以加入，这也为后来《霹雳舞》的火爆埋下了伏笔。如果没机错的话这部最新的这部影片应该是80年代同名影片的重拍摄版。故事的主要情节和故事都没有太多的变化，只是背景设置在革命前期的古巴，讲很多拉丁因素融入影片中。这样的改动可以看出编剧的用心良苦，因为现在无论是电影界还是音乐圈，拉丁两个字都代表了一定的流行因素。所以这样的改动对于影片来说应该是个相对保险的因素。

关于演员：

起初对于这部比较受到关注的歌舞片来说，演员的选择成了最热门的话题，最开始的时候曾经传出有拉丁性感偶像：Ricky Martin和“星际女皇”Natalie Portman出演本片的男女主角，但是随着影片的进展，这些疑问都被分分解开。影片启用了一批新人来做主角，就像当初那部87年的原作一样，影片公司也希望通过这样的一部影片推出一两位明星，对于自己来说既节约了经费又培养了几颗“摇钱树”。

歌舞类型的片子最近在好莱坞比较常见，但是自己看看就会发现，大多数是以现在流行的hip－hop文化为背景的影片，但是像《情》这类的片子比较少见。它不光突出是音乐本身，而是将音乐和故事，人物紧密的联系起来，让你在欣赏优美的古巴景色的同时，也领略一下拉丁音乐的美妙和激情
