和上图基本一样.但注意#4,是一些piping 连接及固定的用具.

转入正题
需要的东西
-(见图1):1,wastegate2,manifold. 3,turbo. 4,downpipe. 5,6,8,9,turbo piping 和图2的FMU. 其中6,8需要两个 180度 mandrel bent aluminized tubing (A/B)=12", (C)=5", ID=2-3/8", OD=2-1/2"). 5要一个 90度 mandrel bent aluminized tubing (A/B)=10", (C)=5", ID=2-3/8", OD=2-1/2"). 9需要一个 180度 mandrel bent aluminized tuning (A/B)=24", (C)=5", ID=2-3/8", OD=2-1/2")
-Oil feed / return line(图3,7)
-silicone hoses(图3中的4)
-MAP sensor bypass valve
-vacuum lines
optional item
-intercooler 和 BOV (图1的7,10)
安装
-首先要安装一个叫"check valves"的东西.因为原厂NA车的MAP sensor 监测intake manifold时,设定是没有boost.装了turbo有了boost后,ECU会有反映,CEL(check engine light)会亮.check valves是起到"骗"ecu的作用,让CEL正常运作.

-接下来是要找地方安装FMU,可以像照片中方在fire wall上面. FMU的上面是接vacuum source. vacuum source的另一头是接在FPR(fuel pressure regulator).如图所显示,是用一"T"字接口将其原厂vacuum line分开.
再注意FPR下面的一条胶皮管,这条是fuel line.要将它拆下.再拆之前,要把gas pressure排除.(just need to open up the gas cap) fuel line不可重复使用,所以要买条新的.
gas pressure排除后,可以把原来的fuel line取下.它的另一端是连接在一个胶皮装物是通回油箱的. 最后把新的fuel line分为两段,一段由FPR接到FMU inlet port,还一段是从FMU outlet port接回那个胶皮装物.(图中分别是以蓝色和红色加注)
这一步完成,最好把那些管子用铁架子(clamp)加固.然后启动车,检查一下又没有漏油.

-再下来就是intercooler的安装.提供两种办法.
1.到welding shop直接让人家给你焊到bumper beam上
2.可以用两个L型的架子,然后焊到intercooler上,在进行安装

-然后需要把原来的manifold, header拆下来,并且disconnect o2 sensor.
-再下来要把oil pan拆下并洗干净.(之前要把oil全部放干净,可以参考

我们要在drain plug的相反一面钻个口,目的是对了oil return. 这个口钻在越高越好.

把接口试装,看看是否合适. the inside of the oil pan should look like this

-接着如图中所示,在oil filter的左侧,有一个oil sensor. 先是要把 sensor的wire disconnect,再用socket把 sensor拆下. 将oil line一段接在那里,另一端等一下要接在turbo上.

-将turbo和manifold连接,再将downpipe和turbo以及wastegate和manifold连接. 完成后,就要把整个unit装入车中:连接manifold和exhaust port. downpipe和cat. 之后要重点检查一下turbo的compressor side和oil return,他们两个一定要直着冲下.如果没有,就要调整,直到两个都冲下为止.
-最后一步就是要custom piping,在有连接.
所需要的本别是图1中的5,6,8,9.
先看pipe9,180度 mandrel bent aluminized tubing, (A/B)=24", (C)=5", ID=2-3/8", OD=2-1/2" 从intake side开始.

把要用的3根从新排列,用silicone hoses(图3中的4)连接

再看pipe8,180度 mandrel bent aluminized tubing, (A/B)=12", (C)=5", ID=2-3/8", OD=2-1/2" 接pipe8和intercooler

接着是pipe5,90度 mandrel bent aluminized tubing, (A/B)=10", (C)=5", ID=2-3/8", OD=2-1/2" 两端可切大概2 inch,这个是接turbo的

批pipe6和pipe8基本上是一样的,但是安装是相反方向.

turbo kit安装已经完成,注意pipe与pipe之间要用silicone hose连接固定好. 然后用一条high temp rubber oil line接在oil pan和turbo的outlet上,再把刚才那条接在oil sensor的oil line接在 turbo的oil inlet上.
把oil加回去就算是大功告成.在启动之前,要让一部分oil先跑到turbo离去.所以要把spark plug拔出, crank the motor for 5 seconds,then stop.repeat that 4 times. and now there should be oil in the oil line for the turbo and there should be oil for the turbo
