离学校很近的地方，刚刚装修过。一共3个房间，大的300，小的250。所有都包，电，洗衣机，烘干机，一个停车位，开车大概3分钟就到。还有一些基本家具供应。可以养宠物，非常适合刚搬到f的同学。

是说和房东一起住？还是这个house里面3个房间，大家share客厅，厨房，这些的？

你有单独的一套厨房，厕所。这些不和房东share. 其实就是一个大的house，单独装修出来的一套小的apt。 比较方便，关键是便宜阿，什么都包。

那则么是安房间出租的？还是apt阿？

要不要签lease?

因为房东也愿意把房间分开组，你可以不用租整个一套。
lease这些事我就不清楚了，你可以打我帖子里写的电话具体问问

如果人在f的话，约个时间，下了课过去看看也很方便啊。什么都清楚了

这个地方离学校根本不近！而且要爬坡！适合有车的同学，不适合‘刚搬到的同学‘。
