[SIZE="3"]Effective immediately: the forms for Study Permits, Work Permits and Visas applications can be downloaded from links on the UNB International website. The International Office will no longer be keeping the forms in the office. Here are instructions for downloading the forms.

Extending:
Study Permits, Work Permits and Visas

[COLOR="red"]Steps to extend Study Permits and apply for Work Permits (Co-op, Off-Campus and Post-Graduation) and Visa:[/COLOR]


1. Go to the UNB Saint John International website: [url]http://www.unbsj.ca/international/[/url]

2. Select Immigration and Visas. Then select the link for the document you are renewing.

3.Select and download both the Application Form and the Document Checklist. {If you are applying for an Off-Campus Work Permit you must also download a Verification Form (IMM25581) and a Student Acknowledgment & Consent Form (IMM 5482). You will need to attend an Off-Campus Work Permit Session to have the Verification Form signed and stamped.}

4.To order a letter stating you are a full-time student, please contact the Registrar’s Office or Saint John College. Please note that you do not require a letter from the Registrar’s Office when applying for an Off-Campus Work Permit.


5.Official payment receipts are available in the International Office, Annex A.


6. Attend the appropriate weekly Document Renewal Session held in the International Office, Annex A. (Please bring the downloaded forms that you will require, along with your Passport and Study Permit)
