1.Close to campus: 1 min walk to Head Hall ; 8 min walk to Tilley Hall
2.Close to Downtown Area and convenient for grocery: 5 min walk to Sobey’s on Regent Street, 1 min to Goody Shop, 3 min to Friendship Convenience Store (Chinese Grocery Store). Along the bus line as well.
3.You don’t need to share nothing with nobody!!! You have your separate door, your own kitchen, a big bathroom, bedroom and a nice patio! Also if you have a car, there is a nice backyard for parking.
4.Quiet and mature neighborhood. (also I need mature students to take this apartment)
5.Rent is $ 575 per month. Everything included (heat, light, water, Cable TV etc.) except telephone and Internet.
6.Fully furnished. Everything you need is already there!!!
7.You may sublet it for the winter term for 4 months. And if you like it, u may also take the lease after that. Otherwise, I will come back and deal with the rest of things. (it is really flexible, so we can talk about it later)

Ps: I know that the rent is a little bit expensive for a single occupant, but it’s definitely worth it. You can drop by and check it out if I am home. And also, if you are a COUPLE who are interested, it’ll be a perfect place to stay during the winter!!!
