Look for new roommate

Hi, my current roommate will graduate at the end of August, so I need a new roommate in September 1st. The apartment is in Magee house, it belongs to UNB so it is very close to university(walk to campus in 3 minutes). One bedroom, one can live in bedroom, another lives in living room. The renting fee is $507 in summer, $667 in winter including heat and hot water. So except sharing renting fee, we just need to share electricity fee for cooking, cable, telephone if you like.
