由于本人在去年的时候申请了一次美签，想的是到美国玩一玩的。 可惜啊，被:confused:拒签了！

现在想问， 有哪位朋友知道：如果想[B][I][COLOR="Blue"]再次签美签[/COLOR][/I][/B]的话， 需要注意些什么啊？ 第二次签下来的[COLOR="Red"]几率大吗[/COLOR]？？？ 不知道美国政府有没有要求说拒签了一次的话，第二此要等到什么时候才能再次提出申请呢？ :frown:

there is no time limit for the next application. Since the last time you applied was a year ago. You should be more than ok to apply.
you need to prepare all the necessary documents.
passport (at least good for another 6 month)
you Canadian immigration document (sutdy permit, permanent resident card...)
your offical transcript from UNB (when you apply, it is better off to be a full time student at UNB for the last two semester, and you are a full time student this semester)
Your bank statement (provide enough money for your travel is good enough, no necessary to provide a lot of money)
show your tie with Canada. (you need to come back to study)
show your specific travel plan (when, where, how long...) do not plan travel more than a week time in US. a short visit is more
proper fill in the forms.

By the way, go to Halifax. they are pretty good to UNB students. I have seen other people get refused the first time and got visa for the second time. It is normal.
One more thing you should pay attention to is get the reason why you got refused the first time. try to come up with a plan to convince the immigration officer you want to travel and will come back on time this time.
be careful, because they have all your records. if you get refused this time again, it will be pretty hard for you to apply later on.
