two-storey house offers two apartments (one on each floor). The house has a main entrance and each apartment has its own entrance, and each features 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, full bathroom, dining and living rooms. The flooring is mainly a combination of hardwood and laminate. A two-floor shed is attached to the house and the fenced backyard has an extra shed. The crawl basement houses an oil furnace. The first floor apartment was completely renovated in 2003 (rewiring , new walls, new floors, new windows & outside doors, and new washroom). The upstairs apartment was completely renovated, and the roof redone, in 1995. Currently, the house is used as a single-family home.
