your friend has to have English test score in order to study here, e.g TOEFL, CAEL. etc. UNBF has college of extend learning who offers english training program. Your friend needs to attend one of their program and pass 80 at the end of the term. Then he/she can be accepted to study any majors beside Business ( business requires 81 pass score ). the best way for your friend to do is to contact International Admission's office, here is their number: 458-7386
