Dear Dr. Hamer,
We are writing in regard to BA 2606 – Business Decision Analysis II taught by Dr. E. Roumi, Fall 2007.
There are a number of very serious issues that must be brought to your attention.
1. The course was poorly taught.
• Dr. Roumi was often distracted and unclear in his presentation
2. Assignments, while returned promptly, were evaluated in an inconsistent manner. It was almost impossible to determine how marks were awarded. It was equally difficult to interpret the feedback as to what you had done right and what was done wrong.
3. The midterm and final examinations were much too long to be completed in the time allotted. Questions were included that pertained to material not covered in each class. A number of questions were unclear.
In general Dr. Roumi’s class did not instill any confidence that we will be adequately prepared to meet the next level of study.
Given our current challenges in attracting and retaining students, Dr. Roumi’s unprofessional and ineffective behaviour needs to be addressed.
It is well understood that ours is not the first time a formal complaint has been lodged against Dr. Roumi. We ask that an independent assessor review Dr. Roumi’s teaching and assessment methods and that corrective action be taken. We also ask that you prepare the Student Appeals Committee to deal with the large number of appeals that will undoubtedly arise from our experience.
We agree that UNBSJ is worth fighting for; one of our first lines of defense must be the quality of education provided.

以前的学期没少有人投诉他,后来也没看他怎么样了....依然在学校继续潇洒...
投诉这东西,不可依赖...就上学期,我们全班投诉某个老太婆,折腾了几个月的时间直到现在,嘿~结果是没把人家report成功,那老太婆在学校还升了管呢~
没脾气.....

19号还能没出成绩啊？
应该是最后一门考试完了马上就有成绩了吧。
幸亏逢他的课不选。。。

恩是暑假的会计老师呀, Hurley,其实这老师可以,她个人水平高,对我们也期望高,导致我们全班很崩溃,不过有人考高分的,好好学拉~没办法~
