I am living in an apartment very close university about 5 minutes.

I need a female roommate from September 1st to December 31. She should be quiet and clean. My apartment is a one bedroom apartment in Magee House. One lives in living room and another one lives in bedroom. The total renting fee is 525/summer (5-8) and 690/winter/month that we can share. This fee includes hot water and heat, but no telephone and cooking electricity which we need to share.
