这说明你的捐款不一定能到达四川灾区同胞手里。考虑到加拿大一向不是很乐意向中国捐款，而加拿大华人捐款人数众多。估计90%以上捐款不可能交到中国同胞手中。东南亚水灾捐款还有2亿多加元躺在加拿大银行里。
2.交给中国的部分加拿大红十字会向中国收取大约20-40%管理费。
希望直接捐款给香港红十字或者大陆红十字。
