Airport Reception/Pick-up Greeters and International Student Orientation Volunteers

[COLOR="Red"]Job Description and Responsibilities[/COLOR]

The Coordinator will be responsible for organizing Reception and transportation for newly arrived International students at the Saint John Airport.

The Coordinator is responsible for scheduling staff to ensure the airport reception/pick-up service is conducted in a professional, effective and efficient manner.

The Airport Reception Coordinator will be working closely with International Student Services, Residence, Campus Security and various local hotels.


[COLOR="red"]Qualifications[/COLOR]
Candidates should be reliable, conscientious, possess good organizational skills, must be able to multi-task, able to work under pressure, and work flexible hours. They should also have a driver’s license. Any second language will be an asset.

International Student Services will be holding Fall Orientation/Information Sessions for incoming International Students in late August and early September. We are now seeking volunteers to assist with the Fall Orientation 2008.
