有人在加拿大这边申请过 美国的police certificate吗？就是无犯罪证明。

FBI需要本人的fingerprints。有人知道这边Saint John警察局可否能帮一般平民提供跨国的standard fingerprint form吗？？

星期四去。
现在就想问问有人有知道整个过程。。。。以防万一他们也不知道怎么处理。。

找当地辖区的警察局就ok
他们都知道
你只要说明你自己的意图就可以

figureprint是需要固定的一天去的么？我听别人说好像每周只有一天才办理按压指纹的程序。

寄给FBI的包裹里面有什么要注意的事项么？

不是。加拿大这边需要背景调查。。。看看我以前是不是干过什么不法勾当

给FBI的包裹里一定要加些白面. 肯定会top priority处理. 不会被积压

FBI下面好多部门，不是人人都拿枪持牌的。

信件上说要去美国当地警察局按指印，然后再去FBI 犯罪信息服务部门申请。。。

United States of America
Do I need to provide a police certificate when applying for permanent residence?
Yes. Applicants should provide a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) certificate with fingerprints. Applicants may also be requested to provide State certificates.
How or where do I obtain one?
You should:
 get a cover letter and fingerprint card from the FBI. You can download these from the FBI website in the Related Links section at the bottom of the page or write to the address below and have them mailed to you.
 have fingerprints taken. You can have this done by:
a local police department or a private fingerprinting business.
(When you have your fingerprints taken, you will need photo identification.)
 Include $ 18 - U.S. dollars in the form of a money order, certified check
made payable to the Treasury of the United States, or you may pay by
credit card (I think Money order or certified check will be the best way to do it. )
• Be sure to sign where required
• No personal checks or cash
• Must be exact amount
• If paying by credit card you must include the completed credit card payment form
• Credit cards will not be used for expedited mail services
include a Certified cheque or money order for the fees, payable to the U.S. Treasury
mail the letter, fingerprints and fee payment to:
FBI, Criminal Justice Information Services Division
Attention: SCU, Mod D-2
1000 Custer Hollow Road
Clarksburg, West Virginia 26306
U.S.A.
Allow approximately 3-4 weeks for processing, upon receipt to the FBI.

No Record Response – Consists of the original fingerprint card stamped with the stamp “No Record.” (This one is you are going to provide to the government)
