Hello there, the house I am living in has a room available now. You can move in anytime from now on before any other person take it first.

It is a private Canadian family house on Fenety Street, super close to STU campus and maybe 10-15minites walk to UNB campus. and there are three rooms in total down in the basement. And rooms are all bright and clean. The rent is reasonable and all inclusive and rooms are all furnished.

I am a QUIET chinese girl, my roommate is a nice canadian girl. she is now home for Christamas, will be back on January.

So, whoever is nice and quiet is welcomed to come and take a look of the room if you are interested in.
