Position: Credit Manager
Location: St.Stephen. NB

This is primarily an entry-level, financial sales position, which functions under close guidance from the store manager or delegate. The incumbent will be required to complete training programs, meet specific business development goals and assist with various office administration tasks.

Step 1 - Credit Manager: eligible to earn up to an additional $3000 in monthly incentive

Step 2 - Senior Credit Manager: eligible to earn up to an additional $6000 in monthly incentive

Step 3 - Assistant Store Manager: eligible to earn up to an additional $10,000 in monthly incentive

Step 4 - Store Manager: Offers a terrific compensation package including incentive,some travel and more

Step 5 - District Manager: Offers a terrific compensation package including incentive,travel and more

Step 6 - Regional Manager: Offers a terrific compensation package including incentive,travel and more

Responsibilities

Completes required training programs according to an established training schedule
Develops business by contacting customers by phone, in person, or by mail
Takes credit applications, investigates and approves credit up to designated limit
Closes loans, mortgages and markets supplementary services
Achieves specific business development goals.
Assists in processing store administrative functions
Keeps superior informed about any problems or issues which could impact the store operation or achievement or assigned goals
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

One to two years related experience
Strong interpersonal, sales and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop business and assess credit
Detail oriented with ability to accurately handle cash and administrative functions
Completion of post secondary education an asset
Basic knowledge of e-mail, Word and Excel software
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Flexible and mobile to transfer stores would be an asset
