The Shediac RCMP said the man was arrested for impaired driving and according to a police statement he was found with "[B][COLOR="red"]in excess of two times the legal limit of alcohol in his blood[/COLOR][/B]."

The motorcyclist was speeding westbound in the small southeastern tourist town on Main Street, which has a posted speed limit of [B][COLOR="red"]50 km/h[/COLOR][/B].

The man is slated to appear in court at a later date to face charges related to impaired driving and dangerous driving.[/SIZE]
