Follow this strategy, first, list and rank all the debts in the order of their interest rates from the highest to the lowest; next, stack up all the minimum payments to see if the sum of them is equal or greater than the available amount for loan payment in the budget. If it is less than the budget, pay the loan which with highest interest rate first; then the one with the second highest interest rate; keep doing until all the loans are paid. If the sum is equal or greater than the budget, you need to see a credit counselor immediately.
