1 bedroom available in 2-bdrm apartment

I have a femaile french room mate in the apartment. she doesn't party and she always cleans up the apartment.

The apartment is very clean and tidy and the living room is ALWAYS empty because we are students, we have no entertainments but our computers in our room. So if your have TV, you can bring your stuff and put them there, we don't really use the living room

The kitchen is always clean, we always clean up after cooking. We have all the kitchen ware ready for use once you move in, I won't be taking anything away.

The rent is 575 for two rooms, nothing included. But the utilities are quite cheap in this building, internet + heat + hot water + light, ALWAYS less than 100 for one person.

The bus stop is just outside of our building, only 5 seconds walk ( I mean it). We have Route 11, Route 116 and Route 216 bus, very convenient. It's close to UNB, only 15 minutes walk.

There is a single bed for sale for $20. One month damage deposit is required, but will be returned to you. The lease will be under my roommate's name, you are just dependent (bur your name will be on the lease), so in the middle if you want to move away, just find someone to take over the place, it's easy.

p/s: the apartment is available only for a room. This apartment is too nice and cheap that people wants to take the whole apartment. But I cannot accommodate that because my room mate wants to stay.
