Looking for a female roommate. The house is on Tartan Street and is very clean and organized.

There are some basic furnitures (bed, desk, chair, bookself, etc.) in the room. It takes 10min to UNBSJ by bus, and 2min to walk to bus stops (No. 3 & No. 4). The price includes hot water, electricity, wireless internet, heating, and parking.

No pets, no smoke. Look for a female roommate who are a university student of UNBSJ, and who can help to keep the house clean and organized.
