A nice furnished room for rent in the Milledgeville area
The house is located on Woodward Ave diagonally to Tim Hortons & Wendy’s on University Ave. It’s only 3 minutes drive to UNB and only 30 seconds walk to Bus Stop beside the house. The house is close to the MacDonald, Subway, Tim Hortons & Wendy’s on University Ave. I am looking for a responsible person (a female student) to share 3 bedrooms with 2 female students on 2nd floor. Room is furnished. Landholder’s family lives at downstairs. Tenant must be clean, quiet and non-smoking. House rules apply.
The rent is $400 monthly with everything included as the following below.
Room is available for May 30, 2011.

 46” LCD TV at living room and Cable TV at each room
 Full use of kitchen
