Overview

This is a heritage home without the usual heritage headaches. The house is approximately 100 years old, but every single room has been restored or completely renovated (more on that later). Heritage features like large rooms, oversized window and door casings, plaster walls and original crown moldings were completely restored, while things like plumbing and electrical were fully modernized to current building specs (copper plumbing was replaced with modern Pex and all wiring was replaced with new circuits, switches and receptacles). The house has zero maintenance aluminum siding, and the entire roof was replaced in 2009 with 25 year shingles
New exterior doors were installed in 2006 for the basement walkout (steel door) and kitchen exit to the deck (full glass door), and an all glass storm door was installed on the entrance door

If we were listing the house with a realtor, given the renovations / upgrades and the fact that all of the appliances and TV etc. will remain, we would be looking at $185K. Where this would be a no-realtor sale (ie. no commission to pay), we have priced it at $175K.
