转达ISAO办公室的重要信息（今天刚收到）。ISAO请求我们UNBF在校的所有中国留学生参加明天周四（9月8日）的在学校SUB（Student Union Building）的ballroom（二楼）的新生欢迎见面会。校长将亲临现场，这是一个展示我们国际留学生的最佳时刻。为何我们的新生不能像圣约翰的新生那样享受免费接机？为何我们的国际留学生办公室乃至我们CSSA之前活动不够多？正是因为我们国际留学生不能够得到更多的重视。作为在UNB达到10%以上占有率的国际留学生群体，同时我们中国留学生又是第一大团体，每年我们都交了很多学费，同时学费还在涨。我们是不是得到了相对应好的待遇和服务？明天是一个绝佳机会展示我们的群体，并且能够面对面与校长对话。让他知道我们交了双倍的学费是要得到相对应一样的优质服务！

去年我们CSSA向学校申请10月1日升国旗仪式，但是没有批准。为何？没有任何规章说明我们不可以，就是学校领导说不可以。但是圣约翰年年有，圣约翰的中国群体展现出来了他们在当地的力量。我们弗莱的中国群体也要展现出来我们中国人的力量！希望各位中国学生学者有时间的都能够来参与明天周四的活动！

今年的CSSA（中国学生学者联谊会）正在努力地为广大中国人谋福利，但我们团队的几个人力量有限。CSSA需要有广大群众的支持，有了大家的支持，我们中国群体和CSSA能够受到更多重视，同样我们的活动和福利会更多！

Hi CSSA Executive,


I know that it is a busy time of year, but I am really hoping that you can help me spread the word about the International Student Welcome Reception on Thursday – this year UNB’s President Eddy Campbell is coming to address the international students so we really need to have a BIG turnout. As we advocate for more funds to support international students, we need the President to see what a big and active community we have. It would really mean a lot to Dale and I if you could do your best to encourage as many members to attend as possible.

Where: Student Union Ballroom.



PS. We are encouraging international students to wear their traditional dress from their home country if they’d like.
