Integrated graphic card uses part of your CPU computing power to function - that means if things go south, you need a new motherboard. So to answer your question, no I don't think it's fixable, get a new motherboard.

找来电烙铁给主板上的显卡卸了，
再将新买回来的焊接回去！完成！呵呵，很多人都玩过
WII一代的焊接跳线破解。
