some additional information and answering questions from emails

Every year, start May 1st, we(school and SU) enter into a new fiscal year, meaning clubs need active to be able to access funding and keep active status.

President and VP positions are elected by CSSA members:

President - Governing figure of the CSSA Executive that delegates the responsibilities of the Vice Presidents, communicates.

VP Internal &Communication – Deals with internal affairs between the CSSA Executive, constituent societies, and CSSA members. This position coordinates the Members at Large. Communication between the CSSA Executive and members

VP External – Deals with external affairs including sponsorships and office such as ISAO, SU, sub office.

VP Finance – Responsible for all monetary issues affecting the CSSA.

VP Special Events – Responsible for organizing all social events. This position oversees two Event Directors.

Secretary - Record meeting minutes and maintain the website/page, response regular emails.

Director positions will be appointed based on applications:

Event Director(2): responsible for organization of designated special events

Member at large: is the CSSA member who sign up for volunteer
