Hi, everyone, because I am moving soon, I have a very nice two bedroom apartment to sublet. It starts at Jan. 1st. The apartment is on the first floor. There are two nice bedroom, one of them with a half bathroom and a big closet. Also, there is open type kitchen with a big living room. Non-smoking and cats friendly. I have furniture for you, but they will cost some money. I can leave any furniture you want, it's optional.Include:

About the deposit, I paid 715 for the deposit of this apartment, but you can pay me 700 for it. The lease will be end at August 31st, 2013. you can continue the contract after that.
