Working Location: Fredericton, NB
Responsibilities:
 Familiar with PNP-NB Immigration procedure and strong customer service oriented;
 Setup schedule with clients for business exploratory trip, including visit local businesses, living environment, schools etc;
 Serves as liaison between the customers and various departments;
 Monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and results;
 Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
 Follow up with clients periodically;
 Perform daily office work;
Requirement:

 Previous related immigration work experience is an asset;
 Team player with good driving record, G license preferred;
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both English and Chinese;
 Hands on experience with MS Office software;
 Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administrative or Commerce;
 Knowledgeable of customer service inclusive of hotel reservations, ground transportation, information on local attractions and activities, and other information that provides valuable service to our customers;
