所有国际学生购买了两个医疗保险。一份牙医，眼科保险。
1。GLOBAL EXCEL
2。ACL & Associates Limited

只要，各位是本科生。回国91天返回SJ，在国内看病的药钱都能回来报销。但是，费用要自己先支付。留下所有的发票，把所有的发票拿到SRC办公室报销。

各位自己要把发票翻译过来，和原件定在一起。
各位最后自己也保留一份复印件。


还要注意的是，如果，去BUSINESS OFFICE不能报的药，来SRC应该可以报。但是都只能报80％。而且，要求是本科或以上学生。


刚刚打玩电话去保险公司。公司的答复是所有的收据要翻译，自己翻译就可以了。 而且，只报药钱80%，而且药是药医生开出来的。

牙医和配镜不包括。


Students Representative Council (SRC)

If you plan to travel outside of the Province of New Brunswick, please take note of the following:

o On the date that coincides with the fifteenth (15th) day of a stay outside of New Brunswick, you will no longer be covered under the University’s International Student Health Insurance Plan (GLOBAL EXCEL).
o On the date that coincides with the ninety-first (91st) day of a stay in your country of permanent residence (home country), you will no longer be covered under the University’s International Student Health Insurance Plan (GLOBAL EXCEL).

If you are a regular academic student, you will have, in addition to the above coverage with GLOBAL EXCEL, coverage with SRC (Student Representative Council) under ACL & Associates Limited. Please note the following from this plan:

o If you are out of the province or country and you have an accident that requires immediate, necessary medical treatment or you need to obtain a prescription from a qualified physician, you will be required to pay the amount owing at that time yourself and keep all receipts. When you return to the province, you are then required to fill out a manual reimbursement claim from and send it to ClaimSecure (Prescription drug) or IAP Life (Accident claim) with the receipts to receive your money back. This does not include dental coverage outside of NB or the country. This coverage can be used to a maximum of $5000.00; however, there are restrictions. It is suggested that you contact the insurance company beforehand to ensure coverage. It is also suggested that additional insurance be purchased before travelling.

这个我再核实一下,然后告诉大家. 关于牙医和眼科也帮大家问一下.看是不是眼科是每24个月才能验光,配镜各报80.

报销需要什么东西都？

表格，发票。还需要什么？

我还有个问题啊，中医开的药可以报销么？就是那种汤药。。。。

打了电话，保险公司的人说中药材不是药品。 各位同学还要把药名翻译成英文。

大家还是实事求是的好.不要到时候翻译的药名,保险公司说不包.那就完了.

配眼镜,验光60,但是能报道80块.配眼镜80块. 请注意,这个是没两年才报这么多.

回国配,不能报效. 只能报销医生开的处方药.

那隐形眼镜也算吗，还有，我们先付钱后，再把receipt拿到学校哪个部门报销呢

只要在加拿大配的眼镜,包括隐形,在80元以内的可以全报,超过80的部分就得大家自己给了. 其中验光也可以报效到60到80.
你可以直接把你的发票拿到SRC办公室,我们帮你填表然后寄出去.
